Leaf Logix Technology is excited to offer an experienced Technology Support Team Member an outstanding career opportunity. Leaf Logix is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Tech Support individual to join their exceptional team in supporting rapid growth on a national scale. Learn and master our software to an intermediate level Give live demonstrations of our software to prospective clients Attend certain trade shows to speak as the software expert (expenses paid) Speak as the software expert during key sales calls Support customers via telephone and within our internal support ticketing system Has worked at a licensed cultivation facility, processing facility, dispensary or retail location within the cannabis field. Preferably a vertical seed to sale operation for full exposure to product. Tech savvy - must be able to learn our software and be able to teach users of varying levels of technical experience to use the software Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Willing to travel within the USA for onsite implementations Experience working at a startup or comfortable at start-up company - willing to eat, sleep, breathe the culture we have at Leaf Logix
