Maintain the daily operations of the Northern California region for the Company, managing production and packaging of chocolate and other cannabis infused confectionary products.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud when working in the production and packaging departments. The noise level in the general office space is usually moderate.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to talk or hear; reach with hands and arms and climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; stoop, kneel, or crouch.
5+ years of management experience in a food production environment. You must have experience working in a cGMP environment, and meet quality and hygiene requirements that would be common in food manufacturing.
Passion for working hands–on with colleagues on the production floor.
Language Ability: Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing. Able to read and comprehend recipes, sales orders, invoices, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
Math Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions.
