Cannopoly is seeking a Denver, CO based Sales Account Executive with digital media sales experience and an appreciation for the cannabis industry. As part of our team, you will build relationships and sell powerful marketing products and services that increase the clientâs ability to drive sales and acquire highly engaged customers.
As an Account Executive, you will prospect and qualify new leads, find ways to meet key decision makers to present the Cannopoly value proposition and activate new accounts. You will nurture each of the accounts within your territory with the help of the Cannopoly operations and account management teams.
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory to meet or exceed monthly growth targets
- Work closely with Cannopoly CRO and executive team to develop and execute against a road map and active pipeline
- Manage active accounts by providing consistent communication, problem solving, and transparent reporting
- Participate in evening and weekend promotions & trade shows and assist with special events as needed
- Maintain daily CRM sales activity and reporting
- Travel within your designated territory (must have car, insurance, and be willing to travel)
- Capture cultural and competitive market-level insights for informed and optimal account management
- 2-5 years of successful B2B sales experience with an emphasis on acquiring new customers, preferably in online media or within an aligned dispensary network
- Data-driven, consultative sales approach by defining client hardships and providing value based solutions
- Passion for the cannabis community and excitement for building long lasting relationships within a growing industry
- Solid understanding of web-based and mobile advertising, marketing channels, PPC, CPM, CPA
