Sous Chef position for new kitchen serving three meals, seven days a week to clients at a drug and alcohol rehab center. The ideal candidate will have certificate or degree in culinary arts and/or 10 years of restaurant or catering experience. Minimum of three years supervisory experience. ServeSafe certification preferred. Absolutely no drug use, regardless of medical cannabis card status. Full Time, including some a.m., p.m., and weekend shifts. Will work under executive chef to provide healthy meals for 70-80. Will spervise staff of four to six clients who will assist in prep, serving, diswashing and cleaning. Close attention to portion size and recipes to meet budget is crucial.
