PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:

greenRush is looking for a Los Angeles County Dispensary Acquisition Agent to support our Sales department, the ideal candidate will be a diligent self-starter who can wear many hats – and is passionate about the cannabis industry!

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Strong industry experience and network in assigned territory
  • Experience with vending to dispensaries
  • Experience with SaaS, Software as a Service
  • Strong industry experience and aggressive entrepreneurial spirit
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50 percent of the time
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, time sensitive, startup environment
  • Competitive desire to grow with greenRush and it’s line of products

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute territory sales plan to achieve quota and new dispensary acquisition goals
  • Meet and exceed sales quota objectives, monthly targets, prospecting activity and pipeline goals
  • Network with key contacts in your area of expertise; source and close new business deals with strategic accounts
  • Develop and execute sales plan and strategy to build relationships with local collectives and dispensaries
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including: prospecting, sales campaign, meetings, and account management
  • Initiate face to face meetings including presentations, webinars and product demonstrations over the phone

This position is within a rapidly growing cannabis technology company. You'll gain the skills and information necessary to compete in the intensely competitive industry. The position’s salary will commensurate with previous work experience.
