Plant Nutrition Technologies Grower ManagerJob DescriptionPlant Nutrition Technologies is a startup biological plant nutrition company in the cannabis space. We are looking for a grower relationship manager with a background in horticultural or agronomic plant nutrition management to manage product trials and provide grower support. The responsibilities of this person will include:Be in charge of ALL data collection from trial partners and ensure that they are collecting and uploading data correctly and on timeProvide technical support to our trial partners on the use of the PNT products and systemDevelop and manage analysis of all trial data and work with PNT management to develop strategies to present and utilize the dataSupport PNT management in account management of trial partnersResearch and identify potential distributor and grower relationshipsServe as product steward for PNT products to assure their proper use and disposal in accordance with all applicable safety and regulatory guidelinesEnsure proper trial protocols against the competition and other technologies.Ensure trial protocols are meticulously followed correctly by trial partnersAbility to build relationships both internal and external.Required SkillsAbility to gain cooperation and be assertive when neededAnalytical skills including ability to read and understand nutritional values relating to soil, water and plant material.Must be able to manage personal goals, corporate objectives and keep a customer centric focus.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Computer skills to include: G Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Map PointMust have excellent decision making and problem solving skills.Demonstrated ability to contribute in a team setting.Must be able to travel up to 50%.Required ExperienceBachelor degree/working on a degree in Agronomy or related field with coursework in plant science, soil science, plant health and plant nutrition.Experience in agricultural or horticultural plant nutrition.This job is being posted in Denver, but applicants from all regions of the US will be considered, particularly any West Coast.Please email your resume and a cover letter to todd.camhe(at)plantnutritiontechnologies.comThank you!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $35,000.00 to $50,000.00 /yearExperience:horticulture: 1 yearEducation:Bachelor's
