Job Summary

Job title: Marketing Executive

Report to: Director of Marketing

Job responsibility:

  • Marketing and business analysis : Conduct weekly/ Monthly sales and post- campaign, promotion analysis
  • Ensures merchandising plans are well developed, efficient and properly implemented
  • Implement monthly promotion in North America stores (program, display, inventory management)
  • Online: assist with our social media presence with posting, responding, messaging, and active engagement across all platforms.
  • Assist in general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements
  • Assist in development and execution of all events, trade shows and promotional marketing materials
  • Contribute to prepare new product launch and store openings.
  • Day to day answering and handling customer service inquiries
  • Provide overall office support for numerous campaigns, launches and general marketing activity.

Marketing enthusiast – With solid experience in a cannabis, start-up or beauty and wellness environment, we are looking for someone hands on, energetic and confident that will assist in rolling out marketing branding activities

Content Strategist —Assist in developing all marketing content and collateral utilizing strategic outlined brand initiatives for use across multiple platforms. Willingness to propose ideas and able to easily take direction and feedback.

Social media assistant – Experienced in active posting and engagement on all social media platforms. Understands which message to tell which consumer, by channel, by moment, to drive results.

Team player – Values and understands how to collaborate with others both internally and externally to produce effective messaging and results. Knows how to communicate effectively with executives and colleagues. Candidate is a highly organized, strong detail orientation, effective communication skills, flexible, agile, and able to deliver results on time.


  • Bachelor's degree in, Marketing, Advertising, PR, or equivalent professional experience is preferred
  • The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, possess the ability to balance a variety of responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) including editing and copyediting are necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Experience with social media platforms, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
