Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of professional experience working in an office setting, has great communication skills and can demonstrate an understanding of Oregon’s OLCC-recreational-marijuana environment. The following are the basic requirements needed to fill this role.

– Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite
– Experience with AdobeCC (preferred)
– Excellent communication skills (phone-calls, emails)
– Experience Bookkeeping/Invoicing – QB Online
– Experience working at other OLCC licensed businesses
– Experience with Metrc CTS platform
– Has worked with start-ups and has an entrepreneurial spirit
– Sales Experience (preferred)
– Clean Driving Record
– Demonstrates an understanding and passion for cannabis and the current regulatory environment.
– Bachelors Degree (business/marketing/communication deg pref.)
– OLCC MJ Worker’s Permit in hand

This position will be 30-35 hours/ week, can grow to full time if desired.

Compensation for this role is based on experience and offers bonus incentives based on performance.
