One of California's leading edible products companies is looking for a highly motivated and professional individual to join their Sales team.

They are looking for someone with excellent people skills and connections within the cannabis industry. The Sales Representative reports directly to the Director of Sales and will follow instructions to meet sales goals and grow accounts. This role is responsible for a full direct sales cycle and maintenance of current accounts along with new client acquisition, work demos at location, and help grow brand presence through marketing promotions in the SoCal region.

The Sales Rep will:

  • Conduct in-person direct sales in relevant Californiaterritory
  • Check in and manage existing Plus accounts assigned to him orher
  • Collaboratewiththecompany’smanagementteamtoexpandthecompany’spresenceinthe Californiaterritory
  • Conduct demo days to push brandawareness
  • Help facilitate promotionalcampaigns
  • Track and report progress and growth to the Head ofSales

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience (cannabis sales experience and/or connections to buyers in the industry ispreferred)
  • Geographical knowledge of the salesregion
  • Basic knowledge of cannabisproducts
  • Ability to workautonomously
  • Exemplary peopleskills
  • Great organizational skills
  • Team player, ability to work under Director ofSales

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 yearsold
  • Must have a CaliforniaID
  • Must have a workingvehicle
